Common Problems
The following are some of the common problems encountered when dealing with other poor performing contractor companies and how these issues are resolved at Majestic Suria.
NO FLOOR PLAN
Most customers face difficulties in acquiring the actual floor plans of their property which serve as a foundation for the planning and execution of the renovation works. Our team will ensure that a floor plan is made available from the start of the project so that the direction and goals of the project are set and clear from day one.
MISCOMMUNICATION OR POOR COMMUNICATION
When dealing with multiple third parties, it is common to find communication breakdown which usually results in the blaming of faults on another party to absolve responsibility. By providing a one-stop solution and keeping all our technical expertise under one roof, all issues can be discussed and resolved amongst in-house personnel quickly and efficiently without adverse consequences on the project.
LACK OF SUPERVISION
It is not entirely uncommon for a renovation project to begin with a brilliant concept but ending up with poor and shoddy workmanship. This is largely attributed to a lack of supervision during the course of the renovation works. Majestic Suria prevent this problem by ensuring that careful and meticulous supervision is a continuous process throughout the entire phase of the renovation works. This way, any issue can be detected early during the works and resolved promptly.
PROJECT DELAYS
Project delays are often caused by poor management of team and resources. Our strength in having a comprehensive in-house team of experts is the elimination of friction in communication and exchange of information. Our established connections with vendors and suppliers also help to reduce risks of delays in the supply and delivery of project materials.
POOR WORKMANSHIP
Poor workmanship in a project is not only attributed to lack of supervision but also due to the employment of unqualified skilled workers. This problem is not an issue in our projects as our crew of construction personnel are highly skilled in their respective trade and craft backed by decades of experience.
ABANDONMENT BY THE CONTRACTOR
A project which has been abandoned by the contractor can be one of the biggest headaches for the customer as an incomplete project can have severe time and cost implications. We are happy to declare that Majestic Suria have continuously achieved a 100% success rate in all the projects we have undertaken and accomplished to date.
