We work together with the building industry professionals and site personal, who are taking care of the project at every phase of the renovation and construction works, from the conceptual and planning stage all the way through to the completion stage and final delivery.

Associated Architect and ID Designers
Our Architect / ID Designers will take you through the preliminary stages of design and planning from the concept you have in mind. They will ensure that your ideas are in compliance with the local by-laws and legislations. Our Architect’s role is to make sure that above aesthetics, the space has to meet the function for the purpose it was intended for. Before any work begins, the building plans will be submitted by the Architect to the relevant local authorities for approval.
Professional Engineer and Draughtsmen
Our Civil & Structural Engineer will work closely with our Architect to ensure that all conceptual “Designs and Build” or even a small extension works of your house meet the structural integrity that is validated by engineering calculations. Also, our C&S Engineer will look after any drawing that needs to be professionally endorsed for submission as required by local building-by-laws.
Project Manager, Senior Supervisors and Foreman (“Kepala”)
Our site team consists of an experienced site supervisor or foreign foreman (“Kepala”) who is lead by the Project Manager. Our Project Manager oversees all operation matters of the project from start to post completion stage. His role is to arrange the working route and guide the site team members. Our Project Manager is the key liaison personnel between our client and the team of staff and workers, and conveys all requirements and resolve all site-related issues.

Own Foreign Workers
Construction workers form our core team. Our Skilled Labour fully understand construction flow/details, and turn it into reality. From brick layers, barbenders and carpenters to plasterer and painters, we have a team of trusted and dependable workers who have worked with us for years. Our workers are trained to understand that all construction works have to be done correctly from the start without cutting any corners, rather than having to correct errors later in hindsight. A trusted and dependable team is truly a boon, both to us and our clients.
In-House Quantity Surveyor
Our In-House Quantity Surveyor checks, inspects and ensures that the builder’s works and materials meet the quantity and specifications of the design. He will also liaise with our trading house suppliers on materials selection, and double-checks the quantity of material to ensure there is no unnecessary extras which may result in redundant expenses to be borne by client later. He will also monitor the actual site progress and prepare billing to claim based on the signing of contract between Majestic Suria and the client.

Legal Advisor
Our Legal Team and external lawyer cover all legal requirements and contractual obligations of the contract. This is a useful and value-add for our clients when they need consultation on legal matters when dealing with government agencies and local authorities.
